How does this work? What’s the process?

First reach out to our office to schedule an initial visit with one of our ISA Certified Arborists (you can call directly, submit *this form* and we’ll give you a call!) Our Arborists typically have 2 hour arrival windows to make sure we’re always on time to you – and they’ll give you a call when they’re headed your way so you know when to expect them.

During the initial appointment, our arborist will address any questions or concerns you have about your trees and shrubs, and provide an estimate should any work need to be done. We’ll never try to sell you anything your trees don’t genuinely need or wouldn’t benefit from.

If there’s work to be done, you’ll get an e-mailed proposal with all of the details (or by mail if you prefer).

If you’d like to work with us, you’ll hear from one of our team members to schedule a date and time for one of our tree care crews or Plant Health Care specialists to perform the work.
